Day 8 - 30 pt

Bfast -
5pt - 1/2 cup hummus
1pt - slice of bread
0pt - green & red peppers

Lunch -
2pt - 1cup bulghur
4pt - 3oz. lean pork
1pt - cucumber in yogurt

Snack -
1pt - coffee w. skim milk
2pt - weight watcher chocolate mint cookie bar (OMG - yum!)
1pt - weight watcher fruities

Dinner-
3pt - bread
4pt - cheese
1pt - olive oil spritz
(viola - grilled cheese)
4pt - 3oz. lean ginger ground pork
1pt - fudgecicle

WEigh in today - minus 2.2 lbs! woo-hoo!
