Snack -
1pt - tabouleh, minus wheat (blech! This was nasty. Need to tweak lemon juice amt. next time. More oil is definately worth the extra points.
6pt - 2 oz. cashews
Dinner -
2 - 1/2 tjs muffin
1pt - 1/2 cup bulghur
3pt - chicken breast
2pt - applesauce
1pt - fudgecicles
