Bfast -
2pt - ww english muffin
1pt - 1/2 slice sharp cheddar
0pt - 1 egg white
1pt - coffee w/ skim & equal


(note - not tracking all veggies in food journal...)

Lunch -
2pt - 1 cup buhlgur
3pt - 4oz. chicken breast in tomato/onion sauce stuff

Snack -
3pt - 1oz. cashews

Dinner -
4pt - 2 pieces bread
1pt - 3 egg whites
2pt - 1/2 slice cheddar
2pt - 1 t olive oil
1pt - vanilla yogurt
1pt - fudgecicle
