Snack -
2pt - 3 chick-fil-a nuggets
5pt - small skim peppermint mocha

Dinner -
2pt - fortune cookie
4pt - 1c white rice
2pt - 2c egg drop soup
5pt - steamed chicken with veggies
1pt - 1/4c low-fat vanilla icecream
