Breakfast - 10 oz gatorade, whole grain crackers
Lunch - soft beef taco, serving of corn chips, approx. 1/2 cup mexican rice, low fat lemon yogurt, 1 kiwi
mid-afternoon - cup of orange juice, piece of cake
dinner - ground beef & veggies, ear of corn, doritos, cupcake

morning snack - an orange
lunch - approx 4 oz turkey, approx. 1/2 cup of instant stuffing, 1 small ladle of gravy, some cucumbers, one stuffed grape leaf
afternoon snack - 3 wholewheat/no sugar added fig newtons, 1/2 piece of cake
dinner - sm wendys chili, baked potato w/ low fat sour cream, 8 saltine crackers

Dinner 7:30PM - glass of red wine, 5 dolmas, greek farmer sausage patty, 2 pitas, 3 olives, coffee w/ cream & 2 sugars

Lunch 4:00PM - caribou popcorn chicken salad w/ ranch, 1 dark chocolate covered graham cracker, iced tea w/ 3 equals


Dinner 8:30PM - tom yum salad (green papaya salad), approx 1 cup drunken noodle, approx 1/2 cup chinese brocolli.

Lunch 2:30PM - slice of ham, 4 slices of canteloupe
Earth Day PArty 4PM - approx 4oz frozen peach daquiri, slice of vanilla cake with whipped cream icing, 1/2 crossaint w/ roast beef and slice of cheddar
Dinner 7:30PM - 1/2 of a bajafresh chicken burrito, approx 1.5 oz guacamole, serving of tortilla chips

Monday April 21

Breakfast - None
10AM - tea w/ skim milk, 3 equals
Lunch 12:30PM- 5 steamed shrimp wonton/dumplings, around 1/2 - 3/4 cup white rice
Snack 2PM, 3PM- 2 mini hershey bars, 2 starburst
Dinner 6:30PM - Turkey Potbelly Sandwich on wheat. Small bag of BBQ potato chips. Can of Diet Coke.
After dinner 7:30 - small caribou coffee, w/ cream & 3 equals.
Snack 10:00 - 1/3 bag "Curves" Microwave popcorn
