Breakfast - 20oz. orange gatorade, kashi whole grain TLC crackers
morning snack - an orange
lunch - approx 4 oz turkey, approx. 1/2 cup of instant stuffing, 1 small ladle of gravy, some cucumbers, one stuffed grape leaf
afternoon snack - 3 wholewheat/no sugar added fig newtons, 1/2 piece of cake
dinner - sm wendys chili, baked potato w/ low fat sour cream, 8 saltine crackers
