Breakfast - 10 oz gatorade, whole grain crackers
Lunch - soft beef taco, serving of corn chips, approx. 1/2 cup mexican rice, low fat lemon yogurt, 1 kiwi
mid-afternoon - cup of orange juice, piece of cake
dinner - ground beef & veggies, ear of corn, doritos, cupcake
