Breakfast - None
10AM - tea w/ skim milk, 3 equals
Lunch 12:30PM- 5 steamed shrimp wonton/dumplings, around 1/2 - 3/4 cup white rice
Snack 2PM, 3PM- 2 mini hershey bars, 2 starburst
Dinner 6:30PM - Turkey Potbelly Sandwich on wheat. Small bag of BBQ potato chips. Can of Diet Coke.
After dinner 7:30 - small caribou coffee, w/ cream & 3 equals.
Snack 10:00 - 1/3 bag "Curves" Microwave popcorn
